energía de una persona, debemos reconocer su invalorable conexión con el resto
de la carta.
Donde sea
que se aloje, por signo y por sector, representa nuestro éxito, así como nuestra parte física y la salud. Y de
su relación con los planetas y sus tránsitos dependerán las dificultades o la ayuda con
la que contamos.
Si la Rueda está ubicada por debajo del horizonte en la carta natal, la persona es más feliz brindando lo que tenga para ofrecer, que recibiendo de los demás. Mientras que si se localiza por encima del horizonte, serán los otros quienen hagan naturalmente un esfuerzo por ella y su felicidad.
La Parte de la Fortuna es siempre tenida en cuenta por astrólogos que trabajan con
la teoría de la reencarnación, que adjudican
toda habilidad innata o talento que ella ofrece a una manera de recompensa acumulada

The Wheel of Fortune
It is an astronomic Arabic calculation dating
from the Middle Ages and its image has been used by different divination
techniques, tarot being the most widely known.
In astrology, differently to planets and
the ascendant, the Part of Fortune is not always considered important.
But, taking into account that its placement
is determined by a calculation between the ascendant, Sun and Moon positions, (depending
on whether it is a night time or diurnal birth), and these are essential when
defining a person’s energy, we must admit its significance is relevant.
Wherever it is placed, by sign and house,
our success, physical body and health are represented. And our good luck, as well as difficulties, in those areas will greatly depend on Fortuna’s aspects to the planets and
transits.
If the Wheel is located below the chart's horizon, the person is happier giving than receiving from others. If it is located above the horizon, things are going to be naturally facilitated by others.
The Part of Fortune is always taken into
account by astrologers dealing with the reincarnation theory. They relate any
innate capacity or talent with a compensation in this life for all the good we’ve
done in a previous one. Likewise, every rock we find in our way to achieve what
we most desire is related to a karmic debt of past mistakes.
It may very well be so, I don’t know.
